Don’t bother

If you have an issue with the game! Due to bugging out or glitching They will not help you! All Ai response not a care in the world for the player you can be as loyal as possible to this company but when u have a problem will not fix it! My response was from them we do not deal with slot glitch’s i supplied with photo evidence of what happened and what chips were missing! I have left the game now and requested all chargebacks from the game and closed my account! But please all do not spend a dime on this game as they will not sort out any issues when the arise

Crash

Absolutely love the game but what’s even the point in having in iOS if all it does is crash. I’ve tried taking the props off whatever, but all it does is crash and it’s so interesting that it does whenever I have a genuine good hand or go all in. Such a mood killer.

Rigged

This game is so rigged. They claim it’s not and they use a verified random card generator. But what game of blackjack in any online game or real life gives dealer 21 numerous times in a row followed by upto 10 hands where they get 19/20. Some people spend real money on this game and it’s obviously rigged. Reported to UK games commission for investigation.

Be careful

I went from 180mil chips to 0 when playing slots in the Gallery at the minimum of 100k. So I spent money and bought 20mil and that went in an hour! Spoke to Dominique in customer service and I got a cut and paste response! I questioned it and I got attitude back. The worst customer service I’ve witnessed. Stick to the free gaming and don’t spend your money. Love the game shame about the CS and business ethics.
