Toki: AI Executive Assistant

This update includes: - Fixed known issues and improved overall stability

Your brain has enough tabs open. Hand one to Toki. Toki is your AI executive assistant for work and life. Turn everyday information into notes, tasks, calendar events and reminders, with less to keep in your head. The client follow-up. The dentist appointment. The idea that shows up while you are making coffee. Start with one small thing and give it somewhere to go. SAY IT. TYPE IT. SAVE IT. Use your own words to tell Toki what you need. Speak a request, type a quick thought, or share a screenshot or photo. Ask Toki to turn the useful details into a calendar event, task or reminder. Review the result and correct the details in the conversation. Try: "Remind me to send the proposal tomorrow at 10." TURN SCREENSHOTS INTO PLANS An invitation in a message. An appointment confirmation. Plans buried in a group chat. Share the screenshot with Toki and ask it to pull out the dates and details. Check the time and place before adding the plan to your calendar. Try: "Add the appointment in this screenshot to my calendar." A TO-DO LIST FOR YOUR ACTUAL LIFE Work tasks, errands, groceries and personal projects belong in the same day. Capture a task while it is on your mind, make a list, and ask Toki to help organize the next steps. A clearer list gives you somewhere to start. Try: "Make a packing list for my weekend trip." KEEP THE THOUGHT BEFORE IT DISAPPEARS Save ideas, meeting notes and everyday details. Keep a note for later, or ask Toki to turn it into tasks and reminders when you are ready to act. Try: "Save this as a note." YOUR CALENDARS, TOGETHER Bring Google Calendar, Outlook and Apple Calendar into one view. See work appointments alongside personal commitments, then ask Toki to help plan your day. Change an appointment or adjust a time using your own words. Try: "What does tomorrow look like?" REMINDERS THAT BRING YOU BACK Set one-time or recurring reminders for appointments, bills, birthdays and things you keep meaning to do. For an important commitment, choose a Call Me reminder when you want a nudge beyond an ordinary notification. Try: "Remind me to pay the bill on Friday." START SMALL. MAKE ROOM FOR WHAT MATTERS. You do not need to organize your whole life before getting help. Start with the appointment, task or thought in front of you. Toki brings your calendar, notes, to-do lists and reminders together so there is less to piece together yourself. Download Toki and get started for free. Some features and usage require a paid plan.
