★★★★★ As with a lot of subscription apps they make it difficult to find the right place to cancel a subscription.
★★★★★ I just got an email that my annual subscription has been renewed.
★★★★★ They rob u, it's a rip off, save your money and don't use them

★★★★★ Contacted customer support same day of the payment to ask for a refund and cancel the order (before they had even issued a confirmation email of renewal) - and was told this isn't possible and no refunds are given for…
★★★★★ The customer service is awful and there's no way to log a complaint or get a refund.
★★★★★ No realtime support just a AI chat recently implemented

★★★★★ There was nothing under notification or email about a pending auto renewal, so needless to say I'm unimpressed that money suddenly has been taken out of my bank account.
★★★★★ They make it impossible to cancel. Even when you do, they will STILL charge your card a MASSIVE renewal fee. This is a widespread issue with many victims of their “business model”. Stay away.
★★★★★ Can't sign in as need to authorise email link but no email to authorise so can't sign in, going round in circles here

★★★★★ This time I subscribed for a year and when I downloaded it on my IPad, I find out that it is not landscape compatible … This was the last straw with Freeletics, whatever Freeletics stood for in vision, design,…
★★★★★ One time I was able to 'increase the intensity' of my session but then that feature disappeared.
★★★★★ Now it's set up as a new account and lost all my progress and my paid status.

★★★★★ The cut off is 150 kg both this app and their other blocks you from continuing if you weigh more ….. after you pay for a subscription
★★★★★ App is good if you're looking to do no weights, even though limited in personalisation imo.
★★★★★ Found it didn't meet my expectations. Initial setup, seemed ok, telling the app you have me equipment at home etc, but then picks training programs that need equipment Ditched the app, but get too many emails that…

★★★★★ Recently having issues with this app, regularly closing down mid workout and ruining my workouts
★★★★★ Back then it was buggy as hell.
★★★★★ Tried logging in manually via email and doesn't work with latest update😢

★★★★★ Not stable , without WIFI is useless.
★★★★★ Naturally, it would be great if they could reply to prove me wrong.
★★★★★ Could be great, but several issues, including the following, hold it back: coach doesn't know what they're doing (sets, reps, and weight are often wrong); no obvious support; not being able to pause, go back, and skip…

★★★★★ Been using int for a free years and I am hooked.
★★★★★ Though, it's kind of worth it.
★★★★★ 3 days in and I'm already seeing things different with my body, I have to say some of the exercises are ridiculous hard and my muscles ache like hell but it's worth it lmao😂

Overall really good I would like the option to exclude certain exercises because some keep showing even if I can’t do them due to injury
As with a lot of subscription apps they make it difficult to find the right place to cancel a subscription. I thought I had already done this, but I just got recharged today. Of course, the terms are that I can’t cancel a subscription renewal. Naturally this leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Hence the one star review.
The app need to be improve, so many exercises missing. Setting up a program is super slow.
I tried to create a daily workout routine, with no equipment, to enable me to moderately build upper body strength. I could not find input features to enable this. Once I’d found a programme which seemed to fit the bill I favourited it. However, there does not seem any way to access that saved favourite. Highly frustrating experience.
Been a trusted training companion for many years now. Love it and hate it. Thanks
I watch people with PT’s do less and work half as hard as I do with Freeletics. It costs the same as a half hour session with a PT for 3 months of Freeletics. You don’t have to think and it works.
