Good Game, terrible customer support

So I have had this game for a few months and made good progress but there have been multiple times where you invest your hooks to achieve a goal, only for the game to reset your progress in some of the weekly events. I can forgive the fact that some items are hidden behind many many numerous ads, I can forget about some progress in events locked behind a paywall, the real frustration is knowing that if you do have a genuine problem your issues never get resolved. The developers only care about the money players evidently and that’s the real shame and reason I am giving this game 1 star.
