Pleasant but bugged

The developer has implemented an iOS audio-session configuration mistake- they have set audio session as active rather than ambient, so it shuts off your podcast or what have you. Easy fix.

Customer service

I received two characters-one through a purchase and one through Green seek. But when I went to change my character it said I didn't own either one. I have restarted the app and uninstall/Reinstalled it. They are still not available. I have searched all over the app and there is no way to contact customer service with a problem. So I've basically wasted my money. Play the game just don't buy anything. You don't get what you paid for.

Can’t open the game

When I open the game. It just gets stuck on the loading screen and it never ends up saying start. The only time that I can access the game is around 1230-3 am EST. And it’s really getting old to not be able to play when I want to. And their support website times out Everytime I try to get to it so I can’t even get any help
