Avoid

I downloaded this app to help with my tv whilst the remote was not working. It did work however it made me pay for a subscription with the first 3 days free. I did, but with other apps, they cancelled upon deleting them-straight away. This app did not and has proceeded to take money from my account. The part that is most irritating is that it does not tell you how to cancel this subscription. Also, I have emailed them twice and they have not answered me. I’ve had to go through my bank to try and sort this out instead which takes a long time. I would recommend not using this app at all. There are others that can help with the same thing, but will cancel any subscription gladly, unlike this app. Also, I haven’t even used this app from the first 2 days of downloading. And I deleted it straight away.
