Capitals - Word Game

This might be the only phone game I still play. It’s fun, challenging, and satisfying. The ads are extremely unobtrusive (they aren’t even on the game board itself) and there’s no videos you have to watch. My main gripe is that it’s clear some players are cheating, but that’s not nimblebit’s fault. My secondary gripe is that the App Store message to rate the app won’t go away, I see it multiple times a day even though I have rated the game. Maybe this review will finally put a nail in that coffin???

This game went away for a while, but it’s back and I’m glad because I love playing, although I believe there are people on there that cheat and look up words online to make. There are far too many hard words used by a couple of people I play against, to the point where I say, there’s no way one person knows all these random long words that I’ve never heard of. And I know a lot of words. Anyway, I enjoy playing with the honest people who aren’t cheaters. I do, however, wish some of the things from the first version were on this second one. I miss being able to send brief, prewritten words and comments. It was fun. Also having the stats against other players was cool, too. I wish you had kept the original version and just built a little on it, that’s all I’m saying.

A simple concept that is surprisingly complex. Also really fun to play with friends. I’ve been obsessed for weeks now!
