Perfect Pilates App

I have several very highly rated apps that I like. But this is by far the best. Once I got the technique down, I have gotten the most out of each class. Even days when I am without weights for a weighted class I feel my muscles fatigued the next day. If you are thinking about this app, definitely don’t hesitate to try it!

I’m so glad I discovered Paola on Instagram during the pandemic. When she launched her app, I subscribed straight away. Apart from a short break, I’ve stuck with it and always end up coming back. I’ve tried so many other Pilates apps and trial workouts, but nothing compares to Paola.🤍
