HOW SURE ARE WE
Not in any grossing chart, so this comes from ratings growth (30 new ratings a month on average since launch): revenue grows with new ratings, more slowly for apps that collect ratings fast. Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2 times, and big earners tend to come out low. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

★★★★★ So, this app is pretty much useless to me now, and I'm out $50.
★★★★★ Matter fact, it never arrived at all, it was sent to the wrong address, so I contacted the owner about it to see for a replacement.
★★★★★ This glitch essentially renders the entire product useless
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • Also the selector dial on the timer needs a manual entry option to type in the timer time, the dial is way too sensitive and hard to use for short durations. 4★, Oct 4, 2026

Easy to use18%

★★★★★ It's so easy to get caught up in doomscrolling for hours and with every social media app following the model that TikTok has, it's impossible to stay away from it without completely deleting all social media.
★★★★★ Super simple idea, but it actually works.
★★★★★ Other than that hiccup, this app is incredible and works perfectly with a clean and easy to use UI.

Ai Slop

This app is ai slop app and a waste of time. I’m not spending any money on this!

Unskipable animations

Good app but really frustrating you have to sit through the “breath in breath out” animation screen before it actually blocks apps. Ain’t nobody got time for that. Also the selector dial on the timer needs a manual entry option to type in the timer time, the dial is way too sensitive and hard to use for short durations.

More people need to know about this

Highly recommend. I’ve been using this app for about 8 months or so now. Initially, there were some technical issues that seemed to have been resolved. For example, I’d scan my Blok card and it either it didn’t work or some apps would still randomly be accessible. This no longer happens and it has been working very smoothly for me now. Love the schedule feature to customize it to your day. It’s so easy to get caught up in doomscrolling for hours and with every social media app following the model that TikTok has, it’s impossible to stay away from it without completely deleting all social media. This allows me to stay on the platforms I like but limit my time on them how I wish. I really enjoy the fact that I need a physical card to unlock the apps I want to access. It’s easy to travel with or leave somewhere inconvenient where you’ll be too lazy to go unlock it lol. Helped me with my phone addiction tremendously and I always feel so much better when my phone is Blokd. Whenever someone complains to me about their phone/scrolling problem, I always recommend this!!

Store description

Blok helps you reduce screen time by making distractions harder to access. HOW IT WORKS ↓ 1. Choose the apps and websites you want to block 2. Start a Blok session by scanning a product barcode or Blok Card 3. To unBlok, complete the physical action again WHY BLOK WORKS ↓ Most app blockers are too easy to bypass. Blok adds friction at the exact moment you are most likely to scroll again. Instead of relying on willpower alone, Blok turns blocking and unblocking into a physical ritual. Tap your Blok Card or scan your registered barcode to Blok distracting apps and websites. When you want back in, you need the same physical action again. With Blok, you can: - Block distracting apps, websites, and categories - Use a product barcode or Blok Card as your physical key - Create focus modes for work, sleep, study, or personal time - Schedule automatic Blok sessions - Take limited breaks without fully giving up - Combine modes for stricter blocking - Track your Blok streak and time Blok'd - Add friends and compare progress in Blok World - See Blok'd status on your Lock Screen with Live Activities Blok is built for people who want a real-world way to reduce doomscrolling, social media overuse, and phone addiction.
