Called tech support number from number listed in app, now 3 days and no callback. App REFUSES to hook up to my vehicle (iOS 26.6.2 bluetoothed to my 2017 Dodge UConnect). App apparently thinks it's playing (progress bar moves), but otherwise total silence. I tried a heckuvalotta different options and approaches, the only way it worked at all was to turn off phone's Bluetooth and then (and only then) it would play on phone's speaker. This is a serious problem, not only for passengers' ability to hear but also because of other BT attachments that really need to be connected. Background and inter-note music is fine, I can see where kids would whine "Can we please listen to something else?" Narrative & narration was fine, we really enjoyed the content (when we could hear it). It's very obvious they put a lot of effort into it. DO NOT pause the app while driving or you'll miss multiple audio notes and there seems to be no way to go back and listen to them. Yes you can switch to map-browse mode, but finding the notes you missed is almost impossible (we failed on the road and again back at the hotel). If you need to have a conversation in the car, or take a telephone call, pull over and pause the app, or accept that you'll miss some notes. One more thing that drove me crazy: each and every time you stop, walk around, take pictures, pull up maps, or whatever, the app totally forgets its mind and starts from the home screen; you have to select the tour and then reanswer all the questions to restart the guide, hopefully it resumes correctly. Sometimes it gets into this weird loop where you start the tour, the audio starts playing, then it goes back to the home screen while keeping the audio going. Restarting the tour then jumps to the current note already in progress. We enjoyed the content enough to use the app, and the GPS auto-tracking seems to mostly work OK (unless you deviate from one track/guide to another), but there are some serious spit-and-polish items that *really* need tightening up.
