Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

What users say

★★★★★Oct 16, 2026
No audiobook functions work.

I downloaded the app and not one part of the app worked. Error: This book is unavailable at this time. Check back later. Same error message for 10 different books in kindle. Same for PDF’s and even the chat function would not operate. Made sure to shut down everything and restarted my phone. 3 hours now and not one thing works. I emailed support but no response -although it’s only been a few hours. I know I’ll forget to cancel in time and will pay $10 for a audiobook app that doesn’t read aloud. This could be a one off time error for a few hours-but not for me.

★★★★★Aug 30, 2026
Text-to-Audio

I like how versatile this reading app is. Being able to import PDFs, EPUBs, DOCX files, and even web links gives you plenty of ways to turn written content into something you can listen to.

★★★★★Aug 25, 2026
Professional Narration

I use it with EPUB books every night, and it feels like listening to a professional narrator in an audiobook. The pronunciation is clear, the controls are simple, and the experience is surprisingly relaxing.

★★★★★Aug 21, 2026
Printed Scanning

Scanning printed pages and hearing them read aloud is amazing. It saves me time when I need to review notes quickly, and the AI voice is much better than I expected.

★★★★★Aug 17, 2026
Web Link

The web link reading feature is my favorite. I paste in an article, press play, and instantly get an audiobook-style version. Perfect for catching up on reading during commutes.

★★★★★Aug 13, 2026
Kindle Sync

The Kindle sync feature is fantastic. I can switch between reading and listening without losing my place, which makes it so much easier to get through longer books.
