تجربة سيئة جدًا مع البنك. قمت بطلب بطاقة فيزا فعلية منذ خمس ايام، وحتى الآن لم يتم تسليمها لشركة الشحن لإيصالها. عند التواصل مع خدمة العملاء. ذ تواصلت مع خدمة عملاء عدة مرات دون حل فعلي للمشكلة، ولا يوجد أي متابعة واضحة أو اهتمام بحل طلبي. التأخير الطويل وسوء التواصل يعكس تجربة غير احترافية ومحبطة جدًا.
