★★★★★ Any notice and theirs no way for you to cancel but to block your card from merchant!
★★★★★ Be warned to look up pricing and be ready to commit before opening this app.
★★★★★ F these guys, just another app that mines your personal details and sends you through 30 minutes of setup just to paywall EVERYTHING.
5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ The app is HIGHLY inaccurate.
★★★★★ Do not trust it. Numbers are not remotely accurate and if trying to count calories the app is way underestimating calories. I could double the amount of the same item and it would have both as same calories.
★★★★★ The reviews on this app have to be fake.
4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ Now everytime I try putting in a food, it gives me an error message!
★★★★★ As soon as I purchased the app the AI stopped working and there is no customer service or tech support.
★★★★★ Oh - FYI, in the email he admits in response that the app has glitches and is nto always right LOL WHAT?!

★★★★★ As soon as I purchased the app the AI stopped working and there is no customer service or tech support.
★★★★★ This APP is a complete scam. The company does not take ownership for continuously charging customers the subscription fee, even after it has been canceled and shows to be canceled in the APP store and through…
★★★★★ Update: To show how bad the customer service is I had emailed the company over 3 months ago and they just responded to me about my original problem.

★★★★★ I cancelled through the app, got the confirmation, and then was locked out of the app.
★★★★★ Either give us a free option that may be limited.

★★★★★ It's never a good experience to go through an entire signup process and then pay gate the whole experience.
★★★★★ If you sign up for a subscription, make sure you cancel in your Apple account settings.
2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ We'll start with it telling me I need to eat 2,589 calories to lose weight… I'm 5'9” sedentary.
★★★★★ This app says it offers a 7-day trial I downloaded and deleted it on the same day, and they are refusing to refund my money.

★★★★★ It was working fine until the new update.
★★★★★ Update: To show how bad the customer service is I had emailed the company over 3 months ago and they just responded to me about my original problem.

★★★★★ This app is ideal for those who have tried every fad diet or weight loss/food tracking app only to find themselves back at the start of their journey over and over again. ParrotPal teaches you how to remove old…
★★★★★ This app is incredibly easy to use and really reduces the burden of tracking.
★★★★★ Scott makes it easy to log my food, not a chore like other trackers do.
11 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.
★★★★★ I like using this to estimate calories or just to log my meals quickly and see my current count. It's not perfect, sometimes it gets confused when I directly tell it the amount of calories and food item - doubles or…
★★★★★ The apps creator is extremely responsive to users' questions/comments/concerns via the group messenger and WhatsApp, which is helpful; you don't feel on your own.
★★★★★ This app is a game changer.

★★★★★ My review is based off of a year of use. I also keep to super basic foods so there isn't much to get wrong. I'm in love with rattling off what I ate and the app doing all the work. Once I learned how to alter foods and…
★★★★★ Just finished my 7 day trial and immediately signed up for the year. Scott makes it easy to log my food, not a chore like other trackers do. And if you want macros, the app tells you what they are. Love that I can scan…
★★★★★ It's a NO brainer cause you have a week trial free.

★★★★★ I also enjoy the recap showing water, activity (would love a search feature here) and my progress given in a percentage.
★★★★★ I enjoy the ease, flexibility, and convenience of its tracking tools.
★★★★★ I enjoy completing the daily tasks that hold me accountable and help me reach my fitness goals.
7 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.
★★★★★ This app is incredibly easy to use and really reduces the burden of tracking. The barcode scanner, speech to text, it's all amazing. Lately tho I've noticed that some of the calories are quite off. If 1 c milk has 45…
★★★★★ I have used several other apps on the App Store and this one is so much easier to track using voice and even saying the measurements of your known foods to get it as accurate as possible.
★★★★★ The app was very accurate in using my information to calculate my step, protein, and calorie goals.

I really want to give this app five stars and if all you care about are calories and a couple of very basic macros like protein then it’s a five star app. For me, and for a ton of people, what would elevate this, and quite easily, would be to allow us to track sodium on this app. It’s so close to perfect, but this obvious and persistent flaw remains over years of requests to the developer.
Great app except all of a sudden the quantity button doesn’t work properly for days now and I can’t find where to contact support to address the issue. It’s driving me nuts now and I’m ready to quit. This is after I’ve recommended the app and my family is also on it. Please help me fix this and add a customer support email to your settings.
It was working fine until the new update. Now everytime I try putting in a food, it gives me an error message!
I’ve used parrot pal in the past and am looking forward to using it again
They will change you with out. Any notice and theirs no way for you to cancel but to block your card from merchant!
Edit: Say you don’t want notifications? Well we’re gonna send you quiet ones anyway! What a slimy decision. Respect your users’ choices. It’s never a good experience to go through an entire signup process and then pay gate the whole experience. Many other offerings like this have free tiers. It would have been nice to be informed this was a pay-only experience before going through an entire setup and registration process. Be warned to look up pricing and be ready to commit before opening this app.
