when it does work its useful, but majority of the time it refuses to connect slowing me down and the updates are annoying. sometimes it will just disconnect in the middle of a diagnosis
Unfortunately using this machine resulted in a BRICKED BCM on a 17 Altima attempting to make a spare key. I’m waiting for customer support to respond, if they’re able to assist in some meaningful way like direct me to being able to restore this BCM I will change the rating.
