Removed items

Find this game really addictive and great fun. But after spending a significant amount of money playing it, including purchasing various tools, I’m was very annoyed to find some tools removed. I was only away from the game for a couple of hours and don’t understand why tools ie hammers and the initial start up helps disappeared. I don’t normally write negative reviews but this is not the first time that this has occurred. I’m coming very close to just deleting my favourite game, please can you correct this malfunction please.
