AppBlocker (formerly known as Unwind) is an app and web blocker designed to help you reduce screen time. What makes AppBlocker unique is its combination of simplicity and customization. We offer the easiest yet most flexible app-blocking options, along with custom programs and therapy tasks for advanced users. By allowing users to create their own schedules, we are confident in the results when they start using our tools to reduce screen time. Key Features: - Blocking Apps This is our most popular feature, and our development team has paid special attention to making it both simple and highly customizable. You can block an app with one click, or, for more complex needs, set up a system like blocking an app during work hours until you complete a task in another app within certain hours. Whether you prefer simplicity or customization, we’ve got you covered! - Custom Program While 63% of users (based on in-app surveys) primarily want to block apps, we’ve found that just blocking apps isn’t the most effective way to reduce screen time. Planning ahead is key. You need to carefully schedule your screen usage to stay consistent without feeling deprived. Additionally, participating in CBT tasks can help change habits associated with excessive screen use. We’ll take care of it all with a custom program tailored to you, based on a detailed quiz created by our specialists. - Articles We began by writing articles focused on smartphone addiction, and over time, we’ve expanded our content to cover topics related to tech-life balance. We now offer a growing collection of articles that will guide you on your journey. There's always something new to learn, and we’ve got you covered. - Reports It’s surprising that other apps don’t offer reports. For anyone looking to reduce screen time, reflecting on their progress is essential, and reports are key to this process. We provide weekly reports and a stats page, featuring customizable insights into your screen usage. You'll have all the data you need to stay informed and make progress. - Security and Privacy at the Forefront Your security and privacy are our utmost priorities. We leverage Apple's Screen Time API to effectively monitor and prevent app usage. Rest assured, our operations are confined to your device, ensuring that your personal browsing and app data remain exclusively within your control. Experience the Difference Today! In conclusion, we believe AppBlocker is more than just an app; it’s a gateway to unlocking your full potential. Whether you simply block apps or explore a world where focus meets mindfulness, AppBlocker empowers you to reclaim your time and energy through digital detox. Take the first step toward a balanced life – download AppBlocker and start your journey of transformation. Your focus, your balance, your AppBlocker.
