Vorher top, nach Preis-Update Flop

Ich fand die App zuvor super. Es gab tägliche Free Swipes, welche man durch Tages-Streaks erhöhen konnte. Wollte man mehr täglich mehr Fotos löschen, musste mann auf die Bezahlversion upgraden, was preislich noch okay war. Nun bekomme ich jedoch nur 25 Swipes am Anfang in der Free Version, mit Werbung in jedem 4. Bild. Eine30-tägige Testversion kostet 2,99€, ein Jahreszugang 69,99€. Das ist einfach viel zu teuer und schreckt ab. Ich werde jetzt zu alternativen Apps wechseln, die deutlich mehr bieten. Schafe, es hatte so viel Potenzial!

Lifetime access disappeared, support not responding

I previously had an issue with an annual subscription due to a bug in the app, and in July 2025 Picnic co-founder Jack Rogers personally resolved it by confirming in writing that my account had been credited with lifetime Super Picnic access. Once my annual Apple subscription expired, however, my account unexpectedly reverted to the free version and the promised lifetime access disappeared. I contacted the current support address and forwarded the original email confirming the lifetime upgrade, but unfortunately I haven’t received a response or had the issue resolved. I really liked the app and had an excellent experience with the team previously, which makes this particularly disappointing. I’m simply hoping the new team can honor the lifetime access that was explicitly granted to my account. Happy to update this review as soon as the issue is resolved.
