Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (388 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

★★★★★ I earned all the episodes from listening to hundreds of ads!
★★★★★ I watched ads to build minutes and it isn't giving me the minutes.
★★★★★ In theory, this is a free app with free novels, but if you don't want to be bombarded by ads you can pay $13 a week for a subscription with no more ads.

★★★★★ It's very frustrating watching ads and not getting no credit for him at all.
★★★★★ It won't stop the limit of the chapter.
★★★★★ This means that this app is really no better than the others out there in that if you want unlimited reading time you have to pay for a subscription.

★★★★★ What is wrong with your app.
★★★★★ I will just keep my book app on my phone instead of being disappointed by the fake ads talking about you don't pay nothing.
★★★★★ But when you do three ads per five minutes what is wrong with you?

Worth the money25%

★★★★★ First 30 minutes free then u pay 😡
★★★★★ I've been on this app for about five years and I love it so much but I don't like that they changed it from the third 60min get 60 free min to now 90min get 40min free.
★★★★★ Yes you need to watch ads but it's worth it!
Fun, addictive9%

19 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ I'm enjoying the app, but I get a error message when I try to take a survey.
★★★★★ Trying this App out to see if I will enjoy
★★★★★ I am seriously enjoying this app its not like most apps where you have to spend money or pay for a subscription all you have to do is watch some adds.
Easy to use8%

16 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ I'm enjoying the app, but I get a error message when I try to take a survey. The survey still comes through, but the error message stays and I'm unable to complete the survey for extra free minutes.
★★★★★ So many errors on such easy words that it can be annoying especially when they pronounce a name of the main character wrong so you have too hear it 100x.
★★★★★ Its super simple and bases what you like to read off of questions they ask to get your preferences and they also give you the option for a subscription to listen or read add free!
Useful, it helps1%

2 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ Since I read fast (400 or so words a minute), earning time is so much more useful than earning words.
★★★★★ It's like having other people around and it helps break up my day.
Great support1%

2 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS EXCEPTIONAL!!!
★★★★★ When I tried to reach out to the "support" I couldn't submit my problem because my email was too long by 2 characters.

Pretty Good

It’s A pretty good app, some great stories. Not near enough full series tho. And a lot of typos from the authors.

The bookworm

Make it money than 5minutes so I can listen to the books which are fantastic. YOU FORGET THAT SENIORS HAVE TROUBLE PAYING THE MONEY FOR EXTRA MINUTES.ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE IN A REHAB FACILITY.

★★★★★Aug 10, 2026
Change up narrators

This is a bad app compared to my other apps. I went through every story that I had saved and they all have the same woman narrator. Charlie/Charlotte are obviously the same person because the voice is the same. I get tired of hearing the same voice over & over again in all my stories. They need to change up who they're using for the narrator's voices. I Deleted the app, and I'm continuing my other apps. Also, I had trouble deleting my account from the app.

A piece of advice for the developers

The book Luna rising, I think you suggested to all new listeners and that is a terrible idea. Not because it’s not a good book. It’s a fantastic book which is kind of the problem. Maybe don’t suggest a book that’s been on a cliffhanger for the past three years. You’re setting all your readers up to get hooked on a really good book only to be disappointed a few years later when they realize there’s never gonna be another one.

Id leave zero stars if I could.

Something happened to all the books in my library. They just disappeared! A week ago I sent a complaint with no response. I spent hours and hours listening to these books and I can’t even find them in your menus anymore. Menu doesn’t respond until I select it several times. I earned all the episodes from listening to hundreds of ads! Now I can’t even finish what I started. Spend hundreds of earned minutes to open up more episodes. GONE! GONE! GONE!
