1. It took 3 days for it to register as an ultimate plan vs trial so I couldn’t figure out why it was resetting at 25% every time. 2. When it finally recognized my subscription, it still topped out, but at 75% instead. The only working is to live with splitting playlists into multiple ones for Amazon
I paid so that i would be able to transfer my larger playlists, despite this, the playlists have a problem transferring and wont transfer even though i keep deleting and redownloading the app and logging in and out like they said. Waste of money and a scam!

Read the fine print and you will realize that a lot of the other music conversion app transfer within apps, or have very limited list of apps where they support conversions across apps. This one effectively transferred approx 100 long playlists from Amazon Music to Spotify within 10 minutes. Best $6 I have spent in a while!
To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized charge on my account. I signed up for what was clearly presented as a free one-week trial, yet I was immediately charged for an annual subscription — before I had even begun using the application. This is unacceptable and, frankly, fraudulent. I never consented to an annual charge, and I expect a full refund to be processed immediately. Furthermore, due to this deceptive billing practice, I have no interest in using your application at all. Please cancel my account and confirm the refund in writing. I trust this matter will be resolved promptly. Should I not receive a satisfactory response, I will have no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank and report this practice to the relevant consumer protection authorities.
