HOW SURE ARE WE
Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (14 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Price and subscription31%

23 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Was bribed to being faked as a rapist to send money to a guy i don't even know if he went through with it I have photos tried to send them with the report but it wouldn't let me.
★★★★★ Female accounts automatically receive options to charge money for video calls, phone calls, and content, while male accounts do not have the same configuration available.
★★★★★ This app is filled with predatory scam artists who will extort you out of money by threatening to expose private photos and personal information.
Wrong or poor results24%

18 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Maybe 1% real people, the rest is all fake I hope the owners of this app loose control of this, and the app closes.
★★★★★ I was banned from this app and not given a reason why, or a chance to plead my case to them (still don't know what I did) And the amount of fake profiles on the app is absurd!
★★★★★ Hey, I would really appreciate it if you guys would stop sending fake messages as me to other people especially things that are leading to meeting in person or sexually.
Login and account problems17%

13 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ They will mark a real account as suspicious and it takes an act of Congress to get it fixed.
★★★★★ Site is awful and there is no way to close your account.
★★★★★ Poor app with bad system, men are charged to talk with the ladies, ladies don't waste your time as the men only want to get your nudes and want you to control their toys for nothing , all in between the app does not pay…
Worse after an update11%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ The feed doesn't update and only shows what it wants to rather than new post or filtered post or relevant content.
★★★★★ It became discriminatory not long after it was updated.
★★★★★ Recent update functionally blocked gay men from being able to find other gay men.
Limits, credits, locked features9%

7 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ This app is so strict and limits even mentioning their sister app Lovense in chat.
★★★★★ My account was suspended for impersonation which I personally disagree with but oh well it is only 3 days right?… WRONG I am now unable to chat with anyone even tho I am no longer suspended. This causing emotional…
★★★★★ I am once again locked out of the app.
Bugs, things not working8%

6 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I have an error message saying “login failed, account limit reached” I don't know what that means.
★★★★★ Chats constantly fail to send and you are forced to close the app and reopen it to send messages.
★★★★★ App used to be a great adult app that worked well with a few bugs, and rather than fixing bugs they retrofitted and completely changed the app while leaving old bugs.
Lost data, sync, backup8%

6 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ IF I CAN GIVE -10 I would give this app a -10 developers no one gets back to you they killed this app after the pay to control etc IM SORRY YOU LOST A USER ON YOUR APP
★★★★★ Originally supposed to be a way to find people to remote control toys with it has become the place where people come to lose money.
★★★★★ I deleted it almost as soon as I opened it.
No customer support5%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I emailed them and literally said they only support lovense.
★★★★★ App has a lot of potential, but the devs keep making the experience worse instead of better, hundreds of bots and scammers, and zero support on rectifying the issues
★★★★★ This app is awful and you can't even reach out to anyone for help if needed
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • Please bring them back. 3★, Sep 20, 2025
  • This app is honestly not worth your time, and also should have 0 payed content on it when the toys already cost 100-300$, but it's 2020 so everything has to have microtransactions….. 1★, Jan 30, 2025
  • Needs a better way to distinguish between people trying to sell a page/cam versus actual people 4★, Oct 1, 2024
  • It would be nice that if you get control in the Tophy app that it shows up in the Lovense app; that seems to be more stable for conversation. 3★, Jul 28, 2024
  • Add some kinda of work around this otherwise this is useless, and very annoying to even deal with. 1★, Mar 14, 2024
  • You should add a filter for people who want to chat, looking for relationships and toy control to hopefully that will slow down the bots and scammers. 1★, Nov 25, 2023

Good but could be better

I’ve been in this app for almost a year now, being a female I get quite a few unwanted attention from older males (there’s a large 40+ male community on this app) which isn’t favorable but what can you do? There are a lot bots as well, asking for money or to ‘pay to play’ which is annoying. The biggest thing that gets me (reason why my rating is 3/5) is the chat filter, they ding you for saying things that aren’t even slightly inappropriate (its an adult app for crying out loud!)..
