★★★★★ App is just a cashgrab that promises theyll remind you about your free trial ending but they don't even try warning you.
★★★★★ For something that could save someone's life, letting them type up a paragraph then blindsiding them and trying to keep charging them $7.99/wk should be criminal.
★★★★★ when i joined the app it forced me to join a premium subscription after saying its free which is clearly a lie and it gave me a charge after not notifying me at all after i said to.

★★★★★ This app used to be good but what's with all the ads?
★★★★★ Everything now is behind paywalls, ads.
★★★★★ This app used to be to help people but now it's just a money grab. I used to be able to read at least three letters a day and then watch an ad to get more which I was good with but now you have to watch an ad for every…

★★★★★ They'll let you type a whole paragraph to vent and then tell you, you have to pay for it AFTER you type all that!
★★★★★ Now, you can only read one out of the three first ones they give you, and if you wanted to read the other 2, you have to pay or watch adds.
★★★★★ I filed a dispute because they locked my phone until I paid their $32 fee to try.

★★★★★ made my account and even wrote my first letter and then im smacked with “give us money if you actually want to use the app” why not just make it cost to buy?
★★★★★ As a result my entire Apple account is on hold for a charge I didn't not approve.
★★★★★ App is good but it won't let me log in anymore

★★★★★ Mad asf rn too because i need that money and now its lost because these people want to pretend they care about mental health.
★★★★★ This app USED to be so good a year ago, but there's stuff you used to be able to do for free now locked behind a paywall/ads. Honestly ads in an app like this is already kind of sucky, but I get it. Gotta pay the bills…

★★★★★ I seriously thought there was something wrong with me.
★★★★★ When people chat to these AI's they realize they will validate, everything they have so say and I really mean anything no matter how wrong it is.
★★★★★ Whoever made this app pretended like they genuinely cared about helping people out, then you have to pay to even use the app.

★★★★★ I canceled the subscription and you guys keep trying to charge me money like constantly getting notifications about my bank not letting this payment go through and now I'm not allowed to download anything until I…
★★★★★ Honestly it's cool but it crashes so much and the messages barely update.
★★★★★ An app you own should never remove functionality that was already present, but with the newest update they've done exactly that.

★★★★★ Charging $7.99 per week for an app centered around vulnerability, loneliness, emotional support, and human connection feels deeply out of touch with the people the app is supposedly trying to serve.
★★★★★ I'm pretty disappointed seeing as not everyone wants to or can verbally communicate and prefer to send support through a sticker.
7 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.
★★★★★ It's really helps me a lot and I'm glad I can help others as well.
★★★★★ The people have been so helpful but there are so many ads.
★★★★★ I really love everything about this app. Its helping me to understand myself more even when I have no one to talk to. I trust this app completely and its very easy and safe to use. I am planning on buying into this app…

★★★★★ I trust this app completely and its very easy and safe to use.
★★★★★ It's easy and exactly what you'd need to vent: just write your stuff and put it out.
★★★★★ Sometimes one simple message can reach someone at exactly the right moment.

★★★★★ There is always someone out there who wants to help and support you through whatever you are going through in life.
★★★★★ I wish this was a free app and that this app didn't need to be paid for because teens these days could use apps like this to help them hi problems and to seek the support they need but some can't afford to pay and some…
★★★★★ Though I wish the community is bigger so there more people to support each others!

★★★★★ To the creators of this app thank u It gives me a place to help others with my experience and knowledge and faith I respect others as best as I can, there are some bugs like over ads to many just to help or read…
★★★★★ I really think its such a great app to just help others and let off some steam if needed I just hope they'Il add more free letters than 3 cause I need more daily!!

This app is the sweetest thing. I love that you can swap out a letter if it doesn’t resonate. Just the act of helping someone out even when you yourself are feeling low is so lovely. Definition of give and take :)
App is just a cashgrab that promises theyll remind you about your free trial ending but they don’t even try warning you. Mad asf rn too because i need that money and now its lost because these people want to pretend they care about mental health. These people making these apps aren’t our friends.

I canceled the subscription and you guys keep trying to charge me money like constantly getting notifications about my bank not letting this payment go through and now I’m not allowed to download anything until I update my payment Because you guys keep trying to charge me for subscription I canceled and it is so difficult to get in contact with you guys and it’s honestly annoying me
Wrote a whole paragraph, tried to send it out, then was hit with “free trial!” Don’t prey on vulnerable people like this.
