Never received rewards. Horrible customer service.

I spent 30 days working for rewards I never received. I contacted customer service for two weeks telling them the rewards were never given to me & they closed my case every single time before I even had a chance to reply to them. Even after I explained they said the season closed correctly when it did not. I spent a whole month working to get rewards I never received. I have spent money playing this game. They will not receive another penny from me.

Very greedy game

I have been playing this game for a while now and I have been spending a lot of money on it and I have noticed that it’s a bit expensive to buy a lot of things that are not really worth the money for the price! Now they have added an animal shelter that you have to buy the animal shelter card for and they have a new set of cards that you can buy from them and I am not going to buy anything else because I don’t have the money for it anymore I have spent so much money on the game that I have maxed out 3 cards so far and it’s just never enough for them! So I’m just going to quit playing this game!

Using resources without permission

If you’re going to force a tutorial, make the tutorial tasks free then. No way you’re Forcing tutorials mid game and using MY RESOURCES THAT TOOK TIME TO COLLECT in order to complete the tutorial. Pure garbage.

This game has become tiresome and you can’t leave because you have so much money invested . The games are algorithmic, the rewards are minimal with nothing that is needed. They keep adding stupid side games you can’t win unless you pay for them or play 24/7 365 days . The developers can’t be playing this game and think it’s worth the time spent
