Was trying to use this somewhere up on the North Shore of Lake superior. But it was not accurate or detailed enough. I canceled with the seven day free period, but was charged anyway because I didn’t do it a day before which is not really a seven day free period, is it?

I liked the first week using it, really was safe riding out. But now the routes make absolutely no sense and are actually pointless making us go the long way for no reason just to get back on roads it told us to get back off on… Also, how the hell do you end a current ride???? I have to close the app completely if I want to change my destination. AND STOP ASKING ME IF I WANT TO SAVE A RIDE A DIDN’T WANT TO RECORD IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!
Literally useless. Doesn’t even show bike lanes.

I don’t want to know how many km I rode or how many meters I’ve climbed, and last time I checked it doesn’t even record the correct date. Support just says they are sorry and they are a small company and that hopefully they will get things corrected sometime in 2027. If they need to work out bugs and issues then offer it for free and ask for feedback as a beta.
