Too many ads25%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ It used to be a great app but they've done something to it that forces you to listen to nothing except the advertisements.
★★★★★ Sadly had to uninstall this app after I received one of those fake virus ads that i couldn't close.
★★★★★ Librivox as a website is great, and this app, while sometimes a little frustrating with the banner ads and ad pages between other pages was a good way to listen to librivox audiobooks on the go.

Deep well

Far more here than latest releases and I am enjoying becoming acquainted with older books that are full of stories every bit as creative, engaging, thrilling & thought-provoking as modern offerings. Additionally, I appreciate the access to so many “classics” and books on history, the development of cultures, philosophy, different religions…. There is a deep well of resources right here on LibriVox. I am willing to say far more than I can find even in my local library, for

Love this app!

Best app with the most rarest books you can’t even find in the library’s ! Keep it up

Gut das es kostenlos ist

Leider zu wenig Titel. Einige Vorleser gar nicht gut von der Stimme.

Love it

I absolutely love this application, it allows me to listen to a lot of books that are either out of print or were written hundreds of years ago that still give a great deal amount of wisdom and knowledge.

★★★★★Sep 15, 2026
Free Audiobooks!

Free audiobooks! What’s not to like? Other than some accents can be a little hard to understand; this is still a fantastic app. Also, it can be hard to find deep religious audiobooks in some of the more liberal audiobook apps; so what’s available here is both a religious and historical treasure. :-D

Dimwitted like iTunes

App starts playing over other streaming audio-services, the moment you open the homescreen. It automatically starts playing every time you go near a new bluetooth connection, even when you're listening to something else... just a skin-suited iTunes. Uninstalled.
