Long-time user, happy customerIt’s fairly difficult to navigate the corporate web and be intentional with your biggest tool for selecting the winners and losers - your wallet.
Shopping at small businesses is a great start, but Buycott enables me to ensure that my purchases are in alignment with the global outcomes I support (anti-GMO, corporate transparency with market saturation, and many other notable causes).
Most items are on here and there is usually already a campaign created to signup for, which are also open to feedback for improvement.
No one is perfect with their purchasing, but it makes a big difference is empowering small businesses, staying environmentally friendly, and staying healthy when $40 out of $50 you have to spend at the store don’t conflict with one of the campaigns you subscribe to (unless you just refuse to purchase against some organizations or groups altogether)
Buycott brings much needed transparency to the consumer experience and enables us to help shape the world we want to build.

Don’t spend money on this, it barely functions, ask for refund.Using the scanner lets the app crash, can’t even search products or brands, app only shows a white window that cuts off categories.

Do not download and purchase. No longer supportedTried to join some campaigns and could not. This feature has not been supported for at least seven years. Have not tried scan feature to know if it works or has been updated. Why is this available for download and why is $1.99 being charged for download if the app is not current and supported??

WasteI thought I was getting an app where I could determine if brands use child, slave or forced labor so I could avoid purchasing their products. Instead I got a whiny app of left wing boycotts. Stupid.
