Will deny you access to your account for no reason - do not waste your time or money

I had tried this app a few months ago before deleting my account. I made my account again this month and expected there to be no problems just like before. I bought 3 months of gold membership since it was cheaper that way then Literally after having the app for 24 hours they put my account on hold and I had no way to get back in and customer service took 2 WEEKS to finally get back to me. They said I broke a community guideline. I read every guideline and I had done no such thing. I asked them to clarify and tell me what I did and they said you can read the guidelines, we are closing this chat and not reply anymore and we’ve shut down your account. Now I had never heard of this happening and just came here to read NUMEROUS other women have the same experience. How is an app made to give us community going to shut us out of the community permanently without a damn explanation or any chance of us getting back into our account. I had a few genuine matches that I was hoping to at least be friends with that I will never be able to contact now, and more importantly i wasted $35 on an app that blocked me for absolutely no damn reason. I have heard the same from these other reviews that right after buying a membership they lock you out of your account. This seems to be a new thing but none the less the customer service is the worst I’ve ever seen and it is clear that they do not care about their customers, community, or their safety in the slightest. Please don’t give this evil company any more money. Use other apps or other methods but this one is absolutely not worth it.

Only get to see 5 likes a day, mind u 44 likes (90% are scammers, so my 5 swipes are wasted) I’ve only been here less than a week and i probably won’t be able to actually go thru my likes without spending more than $20.

Unnecessary Purchases

I love the apps layout and basic functionality, however the fact you have to pay 15$ a week just to see who likes you back is crazy. What’s the point of releasing a dating app if you’re just in it for the money and not to help people find their forever person.

Worst customer service

My account was on hold because they said I violated the rules. My profile only had appropriate photos of me and then ONE photo of my cats. I reached out to support to get the hold lifted and I will delete the photo of my cats and they said they aren’t going to lift it because I violated guidelines. That is absolutely ridiculous.

since when did her, a LESBIAN dating app start letting men on their platform? i came on here to meet other female lesbians, not cis men using fake labels to gain access or men in wigs. i have nothing against trans women but i won't date them. and that's 99% of the user base on here...trans women.
