Inaccurate weather on app

I live in Durham, NC & we are experiencing extreme weather, which includes thunder & lightening & heavy rain. Your app has cloudy icons? Please fix!

Used to be great

I love the clean interface and features of this app and have used it for years. Unfortunately the reliability of it being able to retrieve weather data has become highly questionable. When I start the app to see what the weather forecast is, it only works about 50% of the time. The other half it spins and spjns and times out, unable to get the info needed. I've sent these concerns to the developer who blamed it on their data provider. Until this is fixed, there are better weather apps to spend your money on. A weather app without weather data isn't much use.

Great user interface but rarely accurate, particularly on the rain forecast. When it merely says overcast expect it to include rain. And not sure what their criteria are but light rain us pretty darn heavy...

KNOW WHEN THE RAIN STARTS: A minute-by-minute forecast for the next hour, worked out from the radar. When rain is likely, it tells you when it will start, stop, or get heavier, like “Light Rain, heavier in 19 min.” THE WHOLE FORECAST, AT A GLANCE: Current conditions in tiles for temperature, feels like, wind, humidity, UV, and more. Radar and the next hour’s rain are free. Premium adds the full forecast, weather warnings, and widgets. NOTES: Radar coverage is available in: United States, Germany, United Kingdom, France, Canada, Netherlands, Belgium, Czechia, Sweden, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Slovakia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Lithuania, Slovenia, Estonia, and Luxembourg.
