Last year was my first time playing fantasy football with my friends on the official “NFL Fantasy Football” app. We were all newcomers, but we had a great time! Since the NFL app was decommissioned and our league history transferred over to ESPN this season, the experience has felt like a step backward. The interface makes comparing trade offers clumsy, and finding an intuitive overview of players' upcoming bye weeks is difficult. I also miss seeing individual weekly projected points for waiver wire players to plan ahead. Additionally, the app lacks league customization for smaller leagues - specifically the option to run a 6-team playoff bracket in an 8-man league with 1st-round byes for the top 2 seeds and a losers' bracket for 7th place. I hope ESPN updates these navigation and league format features soon.

HOW SURE ARE WE
Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (13365 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.4 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.
