Unbelievable how my TV casting doesn’t work when it matters the most trying to watch a gold match. I use a browser to watch it on a browser and there’s no toggle for high quality so I have to try different browsers for better quality. Unacceptable.

This app is terrible and when it doesn’t there’s ZERO customer service. I paid for the month and can’t watch one thing with no refund or even consideration.
I purchased VBTV and kept receiving an error when trying to watch any match. Followed all support troubleshooting and no luck. They refused to issue me a refund. I purchased a product that doesn’t work. Terrible product, terrible service. A scam.
The app has improved. I moved the rating up from my original rating in 2024; was 3 stars, now 4. An annoyance is playback shows how long the match lasted, so after watching a set or two, you can tell who won the match. Still no way to contact the provider, ask questions or give feedback. This Apple Store rating is the only way to make contact and hope they monitor these reviews. Today, July 26,, 2026, I would like to let them know the labels and actual links to the VNL Women’s playoff game videos are switched, but there is no way to let them know.
