WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • To fully do it I have to dimension what I can, screen shoot it, import image into a new file, add more dimensions, screen shoot it, import image into a new file, repeat. 1★, May 28, 2026
  • It needs support for custom brushes, It would be nice to be able to create dashed, dotted brush types. 2★, May 2, 2025
  • For the subscription fee charged, it's frustrating they are unresponsive to feature requests. 2★, Apr 26, 2025
  • The one thing I really wish it could do is sync between devices as I sometimes work on an iPad mini when I don't want to carry around my iPad Pro M4… 5★, Nov 17, 2024
  • My only requests are to add an airbrush to the types of drawing options as it provides better color washes. 5★, Aug 2, 2024
  • Should include a way to lock note… 5★, Jun 15, 2024
  • Please give us back feet OR give us the option to choose between feet and inches. 4★, Mar 28, 2024
  • In addition, it would be great to be able to have a bigger/larger view of the stencils & to be able to search the stencils. 4★, Mar 28, 2024

Easy to use19%

★★★★★ It is intuitive, useful and FUN to use.
★★★★★ I really do enjoy using Morpholio Trace, but the biggest issue I have with it so far is that the toolbar is very confusing and poorly organized.

App No Longer Works - Company Servers Down and No Support

This was a good app, but it no longer works for me, even with a Pro paid subscription. I had to delete and reinstall the app because it kept crashing. I can now no longer login or request a forgotten password - it says their servers are down. Their website is also now down, so there is no way to contact support. Since they were bought by Vectorworks, I called and left a message with the Vectorworks support team, but have not heard back from them. This will really mess up your work flow, so stay away from this app. Hopefully they get it back up and running again soon since it was a useful app.

Servers down?

I planned my workday (8/13/26) around logging in and learning to use this program. It says it cannot connect to server, and all morpholio websites go to a black screen or error message. Vectorworks help is useless, their AI agent said they don’t have anything to do with morpholio, until I sent it an article on their own website that says they own the company. There is no evidence of an outage and no way to contact support. I hope this is rectified tomorrow.

Favorite App!

As an architect this app is a must. I’ve also had GREAT experiences with their support team. Quick reply and solid answers.

Pricing?

How on earth do you make a product and do everything you can to NOT explain the costs and subscription models?! Garbage
