★★★★★ But showing ads every 3 seconds will NOT make me buy your app.
★★★★★ if you don't upgrade, the ads are obnoxious.

★★★★★ This app has no knowledge of closed stations due to Notre Dame fire and cost me at least 45 minutes and much walking over multiple times.
★★★★★ where stations are .....where we can purchase tickets .....in short all the things we need to know they deliberately omitted from this app .....they really need to do some homework before they put out an app so that…

★★★★★ If you could update and let people know which stations are shut down it would be a tremendous help.
★★★★★ It works great but a major flaw that will render it useless and problematic for many visitors is that it does not update with closed stations!
★★★★★ Paris Metro was updated February 2013.

★★★★★ I enjoyed this app until I had to do advance planning to figure which direction to go so we could move quicker. That killed it for me.
★★★★★ But it is missing a few stops ( it wouldn't plot out my trip to CDG airport, I had to use the stop before it) and it told me to transfer lines when I didn't need to.
★★★★★ Good app but bunch of missing stations.
3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ Application fails to identify closed stations.
★★★★★ How they got this wrong is a mystery to me but I stayed on the train for the one additional station and could not get out of the station without paying a 70€ fine for two of us to the station personnel for having…

If you want to upgrade to “Gold” status, you choose between monthly, yearly, or one off. Monthly is $3.99 however, if you choose the monthly option and click to purchase the subscription, it changes to weekly. If one were to proceed quickly, one would not even notice until their next credit card bill. Very sneaky and unethical. Web developer’s response was the monthly rate is based on your location? The app does not specify.
I want an app to tell me where I am and how to find a subway or bus to my destination.
Downloaded and used this 10 years ago. It was excellent! We used for a week and it never steered us wrong. Had native French speakers peering over my shoulder for advice and then downloading it themselves. Recommended to a friend who is there now - her third or fourth trip - who’d never heard of it, and have already heard from her thanking me for the rec. Don’t leave home without it!
Beware fraud

This app feels clunky and I find it easier to use google maps.
