Best calculator everI’ve been using this calculator since I was 18, and I’m 27 now! A friend’s dad who passed away was the one who introduced all of us to it, and I’ve been using it ever since.
I can’t recommend it enough! I use it every single day to track my expenses and put together project quotes. It’s become an essential tool for both my personal finances and my work.
I noticed the update today, and I just wanted to say thank you to the developers! I’m genuinely grateful for the work you put into this. Keep it up!! 🙌

It’s perfect!Use it all the time. Flawless perfection. So many times when the tape is needed. Great for game night. Been using this calculator for around 10 years. Keep up the good work!

UniqueThis is a really great and unique app. Emulates paper tape or adding machine output. Supports multiple tapes or files that can be edited (like a spreadsheet), saved and shared. You can also label lines with notes or details about the calculations. It’s not very flashy, but it’s the most versatile and useful calculator app I have ever used. I have it on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Love it.

Absolutely Awesome Calculator!!!I have been using this Calculator for many years because nothing else provided the features and functionality available like this app. For the most part, I have been completely satisfied, but I have to say that with the improvements recently added in version 6.1.0, including dark mode, I am completely blown away at the usability and feature functionality of this app. Kudos to the developers - this is a fantastic app. I would highly recommend to anyone. Look no further!!!

Extremely Slow After Update 6.1.0Version 6.1.0 is Extremely Slow!
Since updating CalcTape to version 6.1.0, the app has become extremely slow and frustrating to use. The performance has gotten significantly worse, making even simple calculations feel sluggish and unresponsive.
I’m very disappointed with this update. CalcTape used to work much more smoothly, and this downgrade in performance is seriously affecting the user experience.
Please investigate and fix these performance issues as soon as possible. I hope the developers take this feedback seriously and release an update that restores the app’s previous speed and responsiveness.
