It’s never been ahead of global business media brands but lately it’s glitchy, lags and freezes - usually around their self-promoting ads. Best thing I can say is I move to the WSJ, Bloomberg and FT apps faster and I’m going to save $300 this coming year cause these people can’t be bothered with digital capability

Occasionally, I get a page who asked me to login. So I logged in today using the Apple password. A warning message came up saying I needed to change my password. So I just followed the prompts that Apple’s password app gave and I just entered the world of limbo. Thanks Apple thanks AFR. Here’s a tip. Maybe if you’re developers actually used Apple products and were subscribers of your newspaper, there wouldn’t be this hassle. I didn’t see any icon saying your password has been successfully changed.

I’m absolutely amazed that even with the hefty subscription price, the Australian Financial Review still forces ads on you in the App.

It’s $69.95 per month yet the AFR writes articles on why the government isn’t doing enough to get the cost of living down. I’m happy to pay $20 per month & you’ll have me as a lifetime subscriber. Nine Newspapers should think about the lost opportunities on their high subscription model.
