I love CNN & it was always my go-to app for fair, unbiased, detailed news. Now a subscription is required to read most of stories - even breaking news alerts. Very sad to say I will be using other apps going forward.
Hiding most of it behind a paywall now, so I just went ahead and deleted the app.
Drops my subscription every couple of days. Have to uninstall app and reinstall to log back in. Unless corrected, I won’t renew my paid subscription.
I loved this app and I have a subscription but now the app won’t open articles,saying I need a subscription even while acknowledging that I have one. I have to keep deleting and reloading the app.
Breaking news, a man has a p3nis
Since the last update, every time I go to read an article and states that I do not have an active subscription and does not allow me access any content. My subscription does not expire/renew for another 7 months. I end up having to delete the app, redownload it and sign in for it to work for a couple of days then it does the same thing all over again. Attempting to contact support does no good either. I have received 0 responses to any of my inquiries about this issue
