★★★★★ After hours of trying to pair and re-pair, plus a call to support, I learned I'd have to physically remove the stereo from its mount just to update it.
★★★★★ Can no longer operate our zones, only one zone shows up. Also menu screen is blank. Fix this please.
★★★★★ Apparently some update broke the app.

★★★★★ Called fusion and they said it's a known bug…..now have to control the radio from inside the cabin to adjust the station.
★★★★★ App constantly crashes - will loose Bluetooth connection between songs - screen goes blank when try to toggle between media
★★★★★ If you are listening to Sirius XM and try to change inputs or access any settings using the app you just get a blank screen… junk. Using it with an MS-RA210

★★★★★ Zero support or responses to these pretty serious problems
★★★★★ Tech support was helpful and walked me through things to try but ultimately it required the disconnecting of my phone from the stereo and doing uninstall/reinstall to get it to connect.

★★★★★ The real disaster is the Fusion app: it's basically useless.
★★★★★ You guys know what's wrong send the patch asap

★★★★★ I'm considering calling for a refund or at least replacing with another system.
★★★★★ too expensive for a product that is suppose to complement the hardware.
★★★★★ I can't get any solutions, answers, or even a refund of this crappy app!

★★★★★ There is no way to set or select presets in the app—whatever happened to pushing a button to set a preset or to select one?
★★★★★ I used it originally to set up my stereo and update but not a daily user anymore. Maybe 1 out of 20 trips on my boat I use it. Now if it had an Apple Watch app that would be nice. But it's kinda a set and forget app.…
★★★★★ And now missing Sirius Favorites.

★★★★★ The only thing stopping me giving 5 stars is the lack of Apple Watch support.

★★★★★ I did not realize how great my Fusion audio system is until I downloaded this app. It unlocked access to the radio's full potential. Also the app is much easier to control audio and zones where ever we are on the boat.
★★★★★ Finally got it to connect to the phone and it's very helpful!
★★★★★ This app allows us to control the volume of the RA70 via Bluetooth which is very useful!

It really seems that anything Garmin puts their minds to they do well! The Garmin audio app makes it simple to control my Fusion marine stereo, from controlling my powered subwoofer to adding custom names - simple! Great job Garmin!
Great
Less is more on my small center console boat so I went with the Fusion BB100 Black Box stereo and its perfect it’s hidden, enough power for 4 speakers and I can control it with my Simrad or the Fusion Audio app! 👍🏼
Works great!
Aside from the awesome sound quality of the Fusion Panel speaker, the app couldn’t be more basic. Volume and track control and ability to add additional Fusion speakers is it. A sadly missed basic feature to adjust tone or better equalisation would allow you to maximise the sound quality in the different installation locations. The one inside my caravan has too much base and resonates. And the one though outside sounds great could easily handle more. And would love a Bluetooth remote control to turn off/on etc
App does what it needs to but please add support for the Apple Watch.
