★★★★★ Regardless whether or not I've purchased a work or if I'm using my subscription half the songs don't load or allow me to view the music, and that is infuriating.
★★★★★ But the app does not recognize that I have a pass subscription.
★★★★★ Guess I'll be canceling my subscriptions.

★★★★★ I have been using this and built to a set list and everything, but now even uninstalling and reinstalling music won't load
★★★★★ The sheet music I search on this app no longer displays, this has been the case for the last 2-3 weeks. I have to visit the website and search for it which doesn't offer the same conveniences.
★★★★★ The second piece I tried won't load and hangs forever trying to load.

★★★★★ Besides starting to get glitchy (add duplicates of songs to playlists, and reordering my set lists without my authorization), it could be so much more versatile, but the company hasn't put any resources into updating.
★★★★★ Tried to get help but all the links are broken.
★★★★★ One song opens but I can't play it, adjust options, or anything. Another just loads forever and never opens at all. Closing and reopening the app does nothing and it's the same problems without any changes. Not…

★★★★★ i used to have an account and used it all the time.
★★★★★ Checked my account online and my password sub is active.
★★★★★ It's a pity that you can register with Apple ID on website but you can't login with apple in the app.

★★★★★ Unfortunately, something is happening now where newer music isn't loading.
★★★★★ Playback is incredibly slow, even at 200% speed, instrumentation is odd and not variable.
★★★★★ Song shows up in my library but does not load. Website still works OK

★★★★★ Update: I've been in contact with the help desk at Sheet Music Direct.
★★★★★ Latest version held legal purchase music for some time but have lost 70% access over time.
★★★★★ Because of these losses the new version feels cumbersome and slow.

★★★★★ This app used to be amazing. But they've since stopped supporting new titles within the app. Such a disappointment.
★★★★★ Update: I've been in contact with the help desk at Sheet Music Direct.
★★★★★ So I contact their support which they only offer by email and it's been almost a week with no response.

★★★★★ Devs, if you know what I'm doing wrong please tell me.
★★★★★ It basically renders the app useless for me.

★★★★★ I try to make my music match the theme of the play and getting the songs from you makes it easy.
★★★★★ I take photographs of my written out words and chords, so that's simple enough and I really appreciate being able to use the foot pedal with this program.
★★★★★ Easy to use, and wonderful at a gig.

★★★★★ Thank you for the quality music and excellent customer service!
★★★★★ There is so much music available and this app works great.
★★★★★ I play keyboard solos for an hour before the performances at our community theatre and during intermission. I try to make my music match the theme of the play and getting the songs from you makes it easy.

★★★★★ For the interactive songs, the ability to have it play, change tempo, have tabs and notes on lines directly under each other are very helpful to me as a beginner.
★★★★★ Use it all the time for personal practice and performance practice, for voice, guitar, uke, and piano; and also use it for finding new repertoire for my students. Some irritating aspects about it (the little blue cursor…
★★★★★ Very helpful for my guitar journey.

★★★★★ Now one can download anything virtually for free.
★★★★★ I'm a music student with 4 instruments and I this music is so much more affordable then other websites just make sure you buy each piece separately Bc if you don't then they will show up as the same PDF
★★★★★ Very helpful for my guitar journey. Figuring out melodies & arrangements.

★★★★★ Thank you for the quality music and excellent customer service!
★★★★★ Ordered a fairly big number of song sheets and never got them sent by email. Otherwise great when it works
★★★★★ One feature that could be improved is MIDI support: it should recognize USB connected instruments as well as software instruments (via IAA / Audiobus or whatever it's called), and not just BT MIDI.

Great place to shop for music! I spent most of my day trying to print my music and just could not get my issue resolved but once I contacted Annie at Sheetmusic they stayed right with me until they were printed. I kept making the same mistake. Great people to purchase music from..
This app needs some serious updating. Besides starting to get glitchy (add duplicates of songs to playlists, and reordering my set lists without my authorization), it could be so much more versatile, but the company hasn’t put any resources into updating. Tags, bookmarks, search within set lists, additional favorite icons to narrow searches, advance search features, flag poorly done amateur transcriptions, or to notify about sheet music errors, and so much more. If the technology exists within the app, it would be nice to have my Bluetooth page turner return to the D.S./D.C./repeats, instead of me having to find it manually. Please consider these improvements to continue being the premier digital sheet music app.
Regardless whether or not I’ve purchased a work or if I’m using my subscription half the songs don’t load or allow me to view the music, and that is infuriating. It’s especially frustrating when I’ve paid for the music and I can’t view it or use the scores, and then why am I even paying for the subscription when nothing loads or opens? I’m pretty over it.
I have been using this and built to a set list and everything, but now even uninstalling and reinstalling music won’t load
i used to have an account and used it all the time. now, nothing loads. totally useless app.
Absolutely love Sheet Music Direct! App is great. Thank you for the quality music and excellent customer service!
