O app tem erros e o iFood não tem um canal para receber reporte de erros. Tenho reportado erro a 20 dias e os atendentes não sabem como resolver erros no aplicativo.

If I can give a 0 star I will .

I discovered iFood through Uber and decided to give the app a try. Since I am a foreigner in Brazil and do not have a CPF, I provided my passport information in good faith, expecting a fair opportunity to use the service. Unfortunately, iFood refused to grant me access. It is extremely disappointing that a potential customer who is willing to provide valid identification is denied access without a satisfactory solution. Not everyone living in or visiting Brazil has a CPF. Foreign tourists and newcomers should not be made to feel excluded from basic services, especially when they are willing to verify their identity using their passports. My experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. iFood should provide clear information about its identification requirements and offer a reasonable alternative for foreign customers who do not have a CPF. I cannot recommend an app that makes it this difficult for legitimate customers to access its services. I hope iFood improves its registration process and treats foreign customers with more consideration and transparency.

Club iFood is a scam

Don’t join club iFood. The prices increase across the board if you become a member of iFood. Applying the coupons doesn’t make up for the increase either, so you’re literally paying a monthly fee just to spend more. It’s a ripoff.
