The app is entirely useless. I’m not able to do anything with it and in the end always have to call support. I’m trying to change my address and the part of the app that should do that has been down for multiple days now.
I travel to Brazil 🇧🇷 I was happy until I choose this BS company, I get the SIM card from Xoox store and when I tried to activate the it they start asking me for CPF . I’m tourist and I will stay only couple days 😂😂😂 I get the CPF I entered with all informations and still didn’t accept it you have to use only the internet from the phone No WiFi, and No internet 🛜 in the phone which is crazy, I tried to call them only Portuguese 🇵🇹 language no others and no body answer the phone anyway In the end I get the internet 🛜 from Airalo App is expensive but that the only solution. Shame on you vivo . Taking people money and no service.

Interessante a tentativa de centralizar e deixar o app pratico, mas a sessao “Central de Ajuda”-> eSIM nao funciona, a pagina nem abre e da erro
Aplicativo não funciona. Tenho tentado a mais de 3 meses ativar meu chip virtual em um novo telefone e só aparecem erros, tente mais tarde no aplicativo. Chat não existe, canal de atendimento telefônico não funciona. Não sei mais o que fazer.
Como tudo no Brasil, esse aplicativo foi construído para dificultas o acesso aos serviços e causar confusão. Fora que na maioria das vezes não é possível consultar saldo ou fazer qualquer alteração de plano, pois sempre sao 10 telas diferentes e sempre no final algo dá errado. Horrível
