Trotz Abo Ausgaben kaufen

Warum werde ich plötzlich aufgefordert, eine Ausgabe zu kaufen, obwohl ich ein Abo über die OZ-Webseite habe? Dort kann ich wenigstens noch darauf zugreifen. Testet das keiner, bevor es im App Store veröffentlicht wird? Ich habe mich schon beim Kundenservice gemeldet, aber die Aktion führte leider nicht zum Erfolg.
