Customer service is rude.

And they said they do not deliver to Rockwall county and cannot even provide digital service there. Three different representatives told me three different reasons why I cannot get the paper in my zip code and one was overly rude to me insisting that the $15 charge on my credit card was declined, even though that was not true. She insisted on trying to pick a fight with me. A second blamed it on the new owner. The third said they cannot deliver here, ten minutes from Dallas.

I get the paper because of Rangers baseball reporting. Yet they send me emails I didn’t sign up for and trying to read an article from X is a multi step process. If I didn’t like Evan so much I’d switch to the other DFW paper.
