Not quick, easy or clear

I drive a Chevy Bolt EUV. Tried to use this app and a ChargePoint site for first time. I had seven minutes to pull in, download app and get plugged in before my appointment. I could not tell on the app if I was in the right place. There was insufficient labeling on the two charger plugs to determine if I was at one of the plug options being presented to me, although the photo of the plugs in the app looked like my location. Had to randomly try a few, ran out of time. By comparison, signing up for EnergyPass was much easier, faster and intuitive. So I only tried to use ChargePoint because there was no ElectrifyAmerica or Tesla superchargers nearby. Some weekend I may spend 30 minutes to figure out how to set up this app and use ChargePoint, as an emergency backup. But definitely will not be my first choice.

Suck

Had to make an account to use it. Then it loads for ever and never let me charger and I’m not going try a second time because it’s one of the one that chargers you $50 in advance so I wasn’t going make it charger my card twice for it to just not charger.
