WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Price and subscription5%

13 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ The core goal is to get you to spend money cuz nothing on this damn app is free.
★★★★★ They will tell you it's for driving history but that's not worth the extra data they get from that because they put most of it behind a paywall anyway.
★★★★★ I don't think knowing where my family is has a price.
Wrong or poor results4%

9 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Always freezes, gets stuck on “14 hours ago” or “___ hours ago”. Not helpful at all. I close the app and reopen and it stays stuck like that for days no matter what I do.
★★★★★ Its not accurate i tried many times and ijust end up stressed
★★★★★ However, the real reason for my rating, I choose not to allow motion and fitness as it doesn't do anything for location accuracy except they get to sell your accurate driving data analytics to insurance companies.
Bugs, things not working3%

8 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ My partners location is accurate it tells me his WiFi is off don't give me 100% real time were he's at and takes his location is off fix it please
★★★★★ tried this app & it said "net-work error" but theres not a thing wrong with my connections at all 🙄🙄🙄
★★★★★ Some days this app works and some days it refuses to work

★★★★★ Good location app, but it has gotten overwhelmed by ads that are almost impossible to exit from.
★★★★★ Whenever I open the app, ads swarm my screen.
Login and account problems1%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Then I try to contact customer service and fill out the form, but I can't send it to them because it's only for after you have an account.
★★★★★ Not working since the last update
Slow, laggy, battery1%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ It's so slow and it takes forever to take it off my screen.
★★★★★ This app is a pretty good alternative to Life360, but at times, it lags a significant amount.
No customer support1%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Then I try to contact customer service and fill out the form, but I can't send it to them because it's only for after you have an account.
★★★★★ I added one contact from my directory sent them a link then I noticed I was unable to add any other contacts to the app.
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • With simply a phone number, I can find and track everyone I wish to keep track of. 5★, Sep 27, 2026
  • its a good tracker app in my opinion its just the ads like yea i would love to see ur premium plan instead of my kids location 2★, Jul 10, 2026
  • But please make widget for easier tracking 4★, Jun 23, 2025
  • Also, it would be amazing if you could integrate a feature which allows users to view location history past 1 year . 5★, Feb 13, 2025
  • When I add a new place and type in a location, it should automatically give me suggestions based off the city I'm in not just any city. 4★, Jan 27, 2025
  • It would make it even easier to add a place by clicking on markers on the map to offer that option or to hold down my finger over a place on the map to pop an option to add a new place. 4★, Jan 27, 2025
  • It would be great to have some finer control over the nearby alert notifications. 4★, Jan 27, 2025
  • It would be amazing if isharing would add an ios widget that I can access from my lock screen and would show a particular person's (that I choose) location with the place label of course. 4★, Jan 27, 2025
