Einer der Vorteile des digitalen Abos soll sein, dass die Ausgaben sehr schnell verfügbar sind Heute, am 6.10. ist Heft 11 in der App nicht vorhanden. Das war in den letzten Monaten eben so. Wo liegt der Fehler?
Hallo Freunde , Ich finde die Mac Life einfach super
In der App gekaufte Ausgaben könnten nicht komplett geladen werden ( Einzelne Seiten werden nicht in voller Auflösung dargestellt …). Nach dem löschen/ neu installieren der App der Gau: alle gekauften/ bezahlten Ausgaben waren weg… „Einkäufe wiederherstellen“ : FEHLANZEIGE!!!
Kaufe und lese gerne die Zeitschriften zum Thema Mac des Verlages. Ganz gut geschrieben. Vielleicht etwas unkritisch, aber immer auch spannende Einzelheiten und gute Empfehlungen. Aber seit 4 Wochen bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung was mit „no purchases“ und kann nix kaufen. Nur Abos abschliessen. Habe selber alles mögliche ausprobiert - Paypal neu, Apple Pay neu, App neuinstalliert …. Support gibts wohl nicht? Computerbild funktioniert. Neues IOS verpasst?
Warum ist die ein oder andere Ausgabe nur mehrere Tage verspätet lesbar? Heute ist zum Beispiel der 3. April und die Zeitschrift ist noch nicht angezeigt zum herrunterladen...! Könnte man das verbessern?
