This is the slowest and most dysfunctional app I’ve ever used. Paying my monthly bill sometimes takes 5-10 minutes just waiting for pages to load. Sometimes the app freezes, closes out, logs me out, or just takes minutes to load a page. Embarrassing for an internet company to have such terrible loading times. I’m using a late model iPhone and latest iOS updates, and using the app with full internet connection and data. Still, the app glitches constantly.
Constant popups for promos, rewards and now GAMES in the cellular service app.
Very easy
Easy as ever !
