Chat not functioning

Apps chat function is not working. I’ve contacted customer service 3 months ago through the app chat, still unanswered. Occasionally there are other bugs, but are minor in comparison.

Det går inte att ångra utlämningsställe

Man blir bara informerad efteråt att ett valt utlämningsställe ska få paketet två dagar senare än det föreslagna. Sedan går det inte att ångra valet eller byta till stället som PostNord föreslog. Nu blir det två dagar och tre mil längre. Det är dåligt.
