Takes your money, gives you nothing

App upgraded. I lost all my issues. Followed the instructions to 'Restore my purchases.' Nothing! Tried selecting 'Feedback'. That didn't work either. Oh, it's happy to take more of my money and re-but issues on top of my existing subscription of course. There's no obvious way of getting assistance. Garbage. Utter garbage!
