★★★★★ However the most recent update has made this app borderline unusable.
★★★★★ After last update I was unable to import my own mp3 files.
★★★★★ Unfortunately, the latest update added a pop up screen asking you to buy the app that shows up all the time.

★★★★★ Recent updates have made overall stability simply worse and worse as the app just crashes after a minute or two on an IPhone 16 plus and repeat installs.
★★★★★ Playback stops suddenly for no reason multiple times per day, menus disappear or crash constantly.
★★★★★ After updating to iOS 16.6 on an iPhone 14 Pro Max, the app gets stuck on the launch screen.

★★★★★ I have been using this app for many years. It was always well made and worked as expected. Recent updates have made it almost unusable since the app must be open and screen on for audio to play. Unless fixed soon, I'm…
★★★★★ After recent major update, App doesn't seem to play in the background properly, so CarPlay doesn't work well.
★★★★★ Most recent updates are full of bugs.

★★★★★ While now those features are locked behind a paywall.
★★★★★ But speaking of how it looks, we DON'T need to be reminded of which podcasts we subscribe to on the Downloads page.
★★★★★ I have paid for this app and they have turned around and made it a subscription service.

★★★★★ Months and months have gone by and not so much as an app update till now, only that one issue I waited months to be fixed is still there.
★★★★★ After rebooting the phone I was able to run it briefly and all my podcasts were gone.
★★★★★ The Alex Jones podcast disappeared from my feed.

★★★★★ Once again, no app support.
★★★★★ Developer appears to not support loyal customers with ANY information.
★★★★★ Opens to a frozen screen in iOS 15 and there is no way to contact support.

★★★★★ They said they need my credit card info for security and it would charge $0.

★★★★★ Now it keeps recommending podcasts to me and it took away my paid upgrade to remove ads.
★★★★★ Ads could be irritating and I'd occasionally tap them on accident, but could mostly be ignored.
★★★★★ Now it just changed to a subscription model and the lower toolbar that you must use is covered in an advertisement bar that is impossible to click around.

★★★★★ This easy app is by far the best Podcast player out there.
★★★★★ It's extremely easy to use and not much fuss.
★★★★★ I hope it's a simple and quick fix.

★★★★★ Been using this app for years because It works
★★★★★ Has some features that the native app does not. Seems more stable and needs less user intervention. Keep up the good work!
★★★★★ Always torn between rating accurate (4 out of 5) and pulling down that score, or giving a perfect 5 out of 5 for a non-perfect app that does not deserve to have the rating pulled down.

★★★★★ While update initially bricked the app, support worked with me to fix the problem (which was particular to me apparently).
★★★★★ Excellent app and customer service.
★★★★★ Support is fast and thorough.

★★★★★ What I appreciate is that it has every podcast that I've wanted to listen to, including one's where I had to download a URL to get an ad free version of the podcast.
★★★★★ I subscribed to the ad free version because it is so good.
★★★★★ This player allows multiple adjustments to the speed and sound of playback. It doesn't seem to ask for a subscription fee but there are visual ads at the bottom of the screen. But this is a listening experience and you…

The resource could not be loaded because the App Transport Security policy requires the use of a secure connection. Getting this error on different podcasts with no clue how to resolve.
I’ve used this App for over 5 years. It was great from the start and keeps improving. The fast forward & high-speed playback features are essential. I like being able to fast forward even with a locked screen! I can even open audio files from my Google drive to take advantage of these playback features.
I would give this a better review if it wasn’t so dang annoying that it plays automatically whenever it finds a Bluetooth connection. I tried to play something at church so I turn on my Bluetooth speaker and all of a sudden one of my podcast is playing. Very frustrating. Very embarrassing. Please add to the settings away to turn this off.
It would be great if the app included an option to disable video playback for podcasts that are broadcast in that format, allowing playback of only the audio.
I’ve been using this app for years. I love that it can be set to download the latest episodes automatically. It can also be set to delete items in the queue when it has ended. My favorite thing is that the queue stays put no matter what. This means that if I accidentally tap a slow a few places down, it DOESN’T REMOVE everything above it, including the show I was in the middle of listening to. This is something that drives me CRAZY about most of the other popular media players. I like the latest addition of suggesting podcasts, BUT on a different screen that I never have to look at if I don’t want to. My only issue is that the app crashes/won’t run whenever I turn my phone to portrait mode, (which happens to me A LOT!!) Other than that, this app is a PERFECT 5 stars!! PLEASE don’t take any of your current features away.
This is my revelation you are dying to hear how much I went through and then all the negative and all but I’m not going to give you that I’m gonna say thank God because I still have everything and I’m supposed to have
