急にアプリが使えなくなった

去年の12月に韓国に行った際にはアプリを使用して注文することができました。今年9月に韓国に行った際にペダルしようと思いアプリを開きましたがずっと「接続状況が一時的に不安定です。もう一度お試し下さい」とずっと出てきます。ネットで調べて色々対処法をやってみましたが何一つ成功せずその状態から進むことは出来なかったため結局ペダルすることは出来ませんでした。何故このような状況になってるのか分かりません。対応をお願いしたいです。

使えない

他の方も仰るように、以前まで普通に使えていましたが数ヶ月前から同じような表示(接続状態が不安定です)が出てしまい一切使えなくなりました。最初は一時的なバグだろうと思っていましたが、いくら待っても何も改善されないので本当に困っています。早急に対応して下さい。

Nothing received and no refund

It said it was delivered so I went downstairs. But it turns out that it wasn’t delivered at all, and that they claimed they couldn’t call me. But I didn’t receive any call, I was literally using my phone as the driver was coming so I know that I didn’t miss it. So rather than just leaving it at the front desk as they always do, they just decided to not deliver it, send a notification that they have delivered it instead of notifying the actual situation, and then gaslighting me into believing I was called even though I absolutely wasn’t. No refund and they told me there’s nothing they can do.
