Pessima app e pessimo servizio di abbonamento

App di qualità pessima e una vergogna per un giornale della statura (vera o presunta che sia) di Repubblica. Il servizio in abbonamento è altrettanto scadente. Ho un abbonamento che mi consente di utilizzare un dispositivo alla volta. Benissimo. Tuttavia, se leggo il giornale dal mio laptop e poi mi sposto su smartphone quando fuori casa, mi viene chiesto tutte le volte di resettare i miei dispositivi eliminando quello che non sto utilizzando in quel momento. Ma è mai possibile che, nell’era della IA, i siti di Repubblica non siano in grado di riconoscere i dispositivi che utilizzo normalmente e quindi imparare e riconoscere i miei comportamenti e quando mi sono spostato da uno all’altro? Possibile che a Repubblica non venga in mente che uno stesso abbonato possa fare uso di diversi dispositivi nel corso della giornata e quindi consentire una transazione meno problematica dall’uno all’altro? Ovviamente l’abbonamento non verrà rinnovato l’anno prossimo!

Gli articoli audio non funzionano, la navigazione è lenta e ti obbliga sempre a tornare al punto di partenza. Persino la grafica non potrebbe essere peggiore. I lettori di Repubblica si meritano qualcosa di meglio!

Un disastro di esperienza utente

Non capisco come un team di persone possa aver approvato un'esperienza utente del genere. Non poter navigare su browser e app (non simultaneamente!) senza andare nelle impostazioni e "rimuovere" l'altro dispositivo ogni volta è follia. Appena finisce l'abbonamento lo cancello. Peccato.
