★★★★★ Simply just trying to start up the app and click play and nothing happens ..my subscription is active and can watch it on other devices but not my phone..why am I paying money for something I can't even use fully.
★★★★★ yall have the same thing for too many years and charging more money to customers, that's why customers are choosing other options for less money and more new shows.

Omg, you guys. Netflix man, is PERFECTION!
I know filming is a long process, and me as a “normal girl” I have no idea the process of filming, editing and everything. But tell me WHY it’s taken years for us to get all the seasons of Ginny and Georgia. Like after season 2 into season 3 Austin is literally a foot taller and way older, it’s creepy. I think it would be better if you guys wrote a full script, start to finish, filmed it ALL, and then released it over a shorter time frame. Also, needs less movies no one knows what they are and more popular movies. I do like the Netflix only movies but they also are a bit hit or miss.
If my name is on the account I should be allowed to watch Netflix even if I don’t live at the “household”.
Why is my informed consent (the ratings) relegated to what is effectively fine print from any distance where a person would realistically sit away from the tv? If it’s not an enthusiastic yes, it’s a no! I should not have to turn off a dozen shows in a day when sex appears on my screen, I should be able to see the rating from the chair. I’m with my FAMILY, not trying to currently MAKE a family. All the excess must be horny. It’s so weird
Okay so first off I just want to say that Netflix is probably the best streaming app to get, especially for families. I appreciate the rating systems and the kids settings and also love the variety of shows and movies to watch on there. I like the layout, though sometimes there are differences between tvs, iPads, and phones. This is overall a great app to use if you get annoyed with ads (though keep in mind for live events, at least in my experience, there are many ads) To address some things that aren’t my favorite or could improve-I know it’s not always possible, but sometimes it can be frustrating when only certain seasons or episodes are on the app, meaning if you want to see the other seasons, you’ll either just have to deal with it or watch it somewhere else. Next, sometimes, especially with older shows, it will say pg or y-7 but will contain some inappropriate stuff. Not extreme but if a child has a kids account, it’s probably not exactly what a parent would want their kids watching/listening to (ex. Seinfeld). And finally, this is a big ask, but an option for parents to choose certain shows and movies their kids can watch from certain ratings instead of having to go through and block a bunch of shows when they change the rating allowed. (Sorry if that doesn’t make sense but here’s the example-a tween/teen has a kids account up to pg but wants to watch some movies or tv shows that are pg13/tv14. Changing the rating to this would allow the child to have a chance at seeing or hearing something inappropriate. And going through and picking certain shows/movies is not only time consuming, but also doesn’t really affect the problem bc there is a limit to how much you can block. So instead, allowing certain movies or shows the parent knows is safe for their kid to watch would be a lot more effective and convenient without having to completely change the ratings allowed.) TLDR-Great streaming app if you want no ads, an upgrade would be being able to choose certain shows from higher ratings for your kids to watch without changing the entire account rating. Sorry for the long review, if you read this, then thank you!
Netflix is great but I wish they didn’t remove some of the movies and shows
Same category, earning about as much.
